Total ‘in-house’ control over all manufacturing, printing and packaging processes gives us unprecedented flexibility over your entire project and is the foundation of our unique ‘Express Service’ – specializing in meeting fast turn around times – including overnight delivery to the destination of your choice – at a price that will give you a new perspective on value!

With our ‘Express Services’ – you are able to choose among several turnaround options from “same day”, “next day”, as well as 3 & 4 days – subject to availability.

Depending on quantity, turnaround and packaging solutions required, you are able to choose between our duplication or replication services – each with several turnaround options.
Considering the additional glass master/stamper rush charges and subject to availability for replication with “same day”, “next day”, as well as 3 to 4 days – the duplication process for up to (1,500) copies might offer a more cost-effective and guaranteed delivery option.

DUPLICATION and REPLICATION are two distinctly different manufacturing processes. Both methods create identical ‘replicas’ of your original CD or DVD master source without sacrificing quality or reliability. Let a Media Tech Optical Media Specialist help you determine which cost-effective application will best meet the needs of your next project. ‘Express Services’  do not include the printing of graphics for packaging options, unless printed components are available from previous orders or ordered in advance. Please allow for an additional day for packaging.

We must receive your master source by 10:30 a.m. on Day 0.

In order to accommodate all our clients with speedy and reliable turnaround services, we prefer to receive all artwork in digital form two business days before arrival of the master source. This will allow for sufficient time to review, and if necessary, correct your art files and create a PDF file for your approval.

Unless the digitized artwork has been submitted at least (2) business days prior to the arrival of the master source.

Rush turnaround times are not always available and must be reserved in advance. Contact your account manager at Media Technologies for details and to reserve the appropriate manufacturing time allocation.
