Quick and reliable turn around of any project is our specialty. However, your help in expediting your job without delay is important.
- The day Media Technologies is in possession of all materials – i.e., your master source & graphics artwork for the disc surface print, as well as the artwork for any packaging materials (or printed material supplied by customer or third party), signed Purchase Order including deposit – if applicable and final approvals, is considered “Day 0” of the production cycle (processing the order).
Orders with incomplete materials or missing approvals will delay your job.
- We must receive your master source by 10:30 a.m. on Day 0.
- Regular turnaround time for mass-replication (without packaging) is 8 to 10 business days & 4 to 5 days at a nominal up charge. Please allow for 1 to 2 additional business days for packaging.
- The print cycle for CD jewel case and DVD case graphics from supplied artwork is 8 to10 business days from approval. 4-5 business days turnaround is available at a nominal up charge.
- All printed CD-Jackets and customized printed packaging requires a minimum of 8 to 10 business days for delivery from one of our strategic ‘print vendors’.
- Please allow for additional business days for packaging and/or shrink wrap if applicable (depending on quantities). It is therefore advisable to submit artwork in advance to allow ample time for approvals and to pre-print your graphics to accommodate faster turnaround times.
Major layout changes are billed at $75.-/hour.
- After receipt of your artwork, we will check for accuracy of layout to our specs. Any minor adjustments are made without charge. Media Technologies will submit a PDF approval copy within 24 hours. Please note that PDF approval copies are not intended for color accuracy. Instead, they are used to approve the general layout. The client shall take this opportunity to review for accuracy of text and fonts. We are not responsible for miss-spelled text or font issues after your approval.
- If you require a ‘One-off’ Color Match Proof for color accuracy, please allow an additional 2-3 Business days plus FedEx delivery.
Guarantee policy
MTL guarantees the client’s satisfaction with art proofs. If MTL cannot satisfy the client, we will refund the entire deposit amount if client wants to cancel the project. However, once proofs are approved, we will charge all work performed, even if the project is subsequently cancelled.
We are committed to meeting your deadline and while our excellent track record is as close as an assurance we are proud of, turnaround times stated are not guaranteed!
