Start Your Order

Placing an order is really quite easy if you follow our step by step instructions as noted below. To avoid the potential for delays we strongly recommend that you review our Disc Specifications and Artwork Specifications prior to submitting your production assets.  
 

     Almost all orders start with a Quotation because it's important for order details and pricing to be confirmed before anything else takes place. You can submit a quotation request or you can contact one of our Sales Representatives directly by telephone.

     All orders, whether initial or re-orders, must be accompanied by a confirmed written purchase order. We cannot be held responsible for quantities, shipping destinations or special instructions without written confirmation. 

     Please include a copy of the Price Quote received from Media Technologies.

     When confirming a verbal order, please mark your purchase order with the word “CONFIRMATION”.

     Your master (and back-up copy) must be supplied to us in 'final form' - this means that you have reviewed your masters thoroughly and confirm that they perform exactly as desired. Additional important information on supplying your content master can be found on our Disc Specifications page.

     Please include
*) a completed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) form.  This confirms that you own the rights to the content you are submitting for duplication/replicate.

Your artwork files must be supplied to us in 'final form' - this means that you have supplied your designs on Media Technologies’ templates and that your designs conform to our specifications. Additional important information on supplying your artwork files can be found on our Artwork Specifications page.

Step 1:        E-mail your completed order form to graphics@mediatechmail.com or supply them to us with your Masters.

Step 2: Clearly identify your Master discs with the title 'Master' and include your
            Name, Phone #, and Job # on the discs.

Step 3:        Zip or Stuff your artwork files and title it with your Job#. Upload the archive to our FTP site - or - supply your artwork to us on its own CD-R. If sending a CD-R you must clearly identify the disc with the title 'Artwork' and include your Name, Phone #, and Job # on the disc.

     Provide payment in accordance to the payment terms stated on the Price Quote.

     Package up all your Assets in a manner that will protect them from damage during shipping, and send them to us. We don’t recommend sending us your material via first class mail. You definitely want to be able to track your shipment with verification of receipt.
