Placing Orders:
All orders, whether initial or re-orders, must be accompanied by a confirmed written purchase order. We cannot be held responsible for quantities, shipping destinations or special instructions without written confirmation.  Please include a copy of the Price Quote received from Media Technologies.
When confirming a verbal order, please mark your purchase order with the word “CONFIRMATION”.

Price Quotations
All quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days, after which prices are subject to change.  All prices are based on material costs at the time of quotation.  Media Technologies reserves the right to adjust quotes if the item to be produced is different from the original description.

All prices are quoted subject to the purchaser assuming all taxes and charges of any nature imposed by any local, state authority, which shall become payable by reason of the sale or delivery from Media Technologies.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Production Schedules
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by the customer and Media Technologies, provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty for delays due to energy failures, equipment breakdowns, delays of suppliers or carriers, or other causes beyond the control of the Media Technologies.

Where production schedules are not adhered to by the customer, final delivery (dates) will be subject to change or subject to additional Express Service rush charges.

Your order will be delayed if you have failed to enclose all necessary materials and down payment.

Return Policy
We, at Media Technologies stand behind our products and will replace them if we are in error.  Samples of the product in question must be submitted to us prior to any decision. We will re-run the product deemed not to be correct, or credit the customer for such product.

Media Technologies will not be responsible for consequential damages as result of our error. Media Technologies’ liability is specifically limited to the value of the product printed.

Media Technologies reserves the right to request the product be returned for inspection, or to be destroyed.
