What is High Definition Impact® Imaging direct-to-disc surface print?
It is a state-of-the-art all-digital CD/DVD printing process capable of amazing photo quality images – applying a full color image (CMYK + White) from a clear film directly onto the disc with a heated roller. Digital image files are reverse printed onto transfer film by using an electrostatic procedure. Once the films are printed they are then applied directly to the disc surface using thermal heat and pressure to transfer the printed film directly to the disc. The printed images are then permanently adhered to the disc surface leaving a smooth high gloss finish.
The result is a fully hardened, high-quality, water proof, photo quality image that is a permanent addition to the CD or DVD. The ultra high print resolution of 600X600 dpi creates a three dimensional appearance that is sure to amaze.

- Brilliant colors with razor-sharp details and raised Imaging conventional printing processes can not match
- No color-to-color variations from disc-to-disc or registration problems
